David Klein is a licensed attorney and veteran commercial real estate practitioner who has testified on a number of issues relating to his experience. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors with a dual office and industrial designation.

With 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Klein offers a deep background in commercial real estate transactions. He has managed commercial leasing and investment brokers, and executed land, office, retail and industrial sales and leasing projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, California and the nation. His background as a transactional real estate attorney adds to the breadth of his of experience.

Currently a Senior Vice President in UGL Services’ San Francisco office, Mr. Klein was previously a Senior Vice President and partner at Cassidy Turley BT Commercial.
