ROD HEISLER CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT Mr. Heisler founded RHC which focuses on the building and renovation of commercial, residential (single & multi-family), and institutional facilities.

1999-2014

MOROSO CONSTRUCTION, SAN FRANCISCO, CA Mr. Heisler began working for Moroso Construction as an apprentice carpenter and moved into the office to assist the estimator. Within 3 years, Mr. Heisler began heading up the estimating department, financial reporting, sales and finally became a partner in 2007. In his role as a partner, Mr. Heisler was responsible for oversight of the pre-construction & estimating departments company-wide and his own project book, for which Mr. Heisler oversaw staffing, execution, project management, financial reporting and project close out.

During his tenure with Moroso Construction, the company grew from a seven person firm grossing less than $2M/yr., to a group of over 40 employees grossing over $27M/yr.

1996-1999

GOLDEN PACIFIC BREWING COMPANY Mr. Heisler began his construction career after moving to California and working for years on the ongoing modifications to a new craft production brewery in Berkeley, CA. There he worked extensively with the plant engineering team bringing the new facility online and coordinating the installation and commissioning user – driven alterations of the new systems and facility.
